Despite their name, Australian Shepherds were developed on ranches in the west of the USA in the 19th century. For many years, Aussies have been valued by stockmen for their incredible versatility and trainability. And even though they are still working as stock dogs, their big brains and warm hearts have already won over regular people across the world, too.
